Record the seller, full model code, condition and quoted appointment. Add the machine, delivery for your postcode and slot, installation, any separate disconnection, removal, and required extra parts or work. Include a new membership only if you need it for the chosen benefits.

Keep an unquoted charge marked as unknown. Count a service as included only when the quote confirms it, and avoid adding disconnection twice.

Does a 55cm-deep washing machine fit a 55cm space?

Body depth alone is insufficient. Samsung lists a greater depth including protrusions. Check the model’s required clearances too.

Are two A-rated machines equally economical?

Compare Eco 40–60 energy use and rated capacity. Actual use varies with your programmes and loads.

Does installation include taking away the old machine?

Check disconnection and removal separately. Currys includes disconnection with paid installation; AO requires it selected separately. Confirm recycling too.

Can a freestanding service replace an integrated machine?

AO’s freestanding service excludes disconnecting an integrated appliance and fitting a freestanding one. Ask the retailer which service your replacement needs.
