Argos Boxing Day Gaming Deals 2026

Compare an Argos console bundle by the console version, included game or controller, total price and available fulfilment date. Collection is useful only when offered for your order. The gaming Boxing Day deals page covers the category, and the Argos Boxing Day sale page explains the retailer timing record.

Check the bundle and collection option

Argos’s reservation policy requires an order and payment, not an item left in a basket. When comparing Argos’ sale section, confirm what the bundle includes and the collection option shown for your chosen location. No Christmas Eve early-access time is verified here.

What to target in 2026

Console bundles. Match the console version, storage and included game or controller. Compare the bundle with buying only the items you need separately. This guide has no verified 2026 bundle reduction or category-wide discount range.

Controllers and headsets. Check platform compatibility, connection type and exactly what is included. Confirm collection availability for the specific product rather than treating accessories as guaranteed same-day buys.

Recent-release games. Compare the same platform, edition and physical or digital format. Check the available collection or delivery date. The gaming deals page gives the wider comparison.

PC gaming and specialist hardware. Check the current catalogue for the exact component or computer you want rather than assuming a retailer does or does not stock the category. Compare configurations, seller and support through Currys or another relevant retailer. Do not substitute a different graphics card or memory configuration just to obtain a lower headline price.

How Argos compares with other gaming retailers

Currys. Check the same console or accessory package and total price. Compare actual fulfilment dates rather than assuming Argos is faster.

Smyths Toys: another comparison route. If Smyths lists your console, bundle or game, compare the same version and total price. Use the toy deals guide for the published cross-retailer comparison.

Very. Compare the cash price and available delivery date with the Argos order. Collection is only an advantage if the offered time works for you.

When does Argos’ gaming sale start?

The retained 2025 sale announcement stated a 17 December start. A 9pm Christmas Eve launch and 8am or 9am shop opening are not verified for 2026. Check the exact order option and the Boxing Day opening hours guide before planning a trip.

The single-sentence summary

If a bundle at Argos fits your budget, place the order and wait for the collection message before travelling. A basket alone does not secure a console.
