Currys Boxing Day Laptop Deals 2026

Compare Currys’ exact laptop configuration and total cost with other sellers before buying. This page has not verified a best-discounted category, a seasonal-low price or a specific Boxing Day 2026 offer. The Currys retailer guide and laptop deals page provide wider shopping context.

Use Currys’ sale to check the actual listing. Record the model code, specification, condition, price and date so you can compare like for like.

An exact Currys configuration to check

Match the retailer’s product code to the manufacturer’s part number. Currys’ Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3 16-inch listing, checked 4 October 2026, identifies product 693573 and boxed model 83US001CUK. This is a standard retail listing; no store or postcode availability has been checked.

Lenovo’s UK configuration record for 83US001CUK, checked the same day, specifies:

Component	Exact configuration
Processor	Intel Core Ultra 5 322
Memory	16GB DDR5: 8GB soldered plus an 8GB memory module
Storage	512GB SSD
Screen	16-inch 1920×1200 IPS, non-touch
Operating system	Windows 11 Home, English
Power adapter	Not supplied

Currys lists the charger separately and Microsoft 365 as a 30-day trial, not a full Office licence. Add a compatible charger and any required paid software when comparing totals. This example identifies the package; it does not establish a verified complete purchase price or a Boxing Day offer.

Check the software you need

For essays and simple household spreadsheets, LibreOffice provides Writer and Calc without a licence charge. Its Windows installation requirements support Windows 11 and specify up to 1.5GB of available disk space and a 1280×800 display. Administrator rights are needed to install it. Both sources checked 4 October 2026.

The Lenovo’s listed operating system and screen meet that baseline; check available storage before installation. This does not establish speed in large spreadsheets or compatibility with your course or employer’s required applications. For games, check the exact graphics hardware, the game’s requirements and tests at your intended settings.

If you want to try the keyboard or screen in-store, confirm that the exact model is available to view. A product page does not establish nationwide demonstration stock.

Judge the offer rather than the discount label

Keep a dated price history for the exact configuration and condition. A percentage reduction from a seller’s stated comparison price is not proof of the usual market price or an annual low. This page has no matched price series establishing that gaming laptops discount most or that Boxing Day beats other sale periods.

Check whether accessories or software are included and whether you need them. Add unavoidable charges to the cash price. Decide against your requirements and budget rather than an unsupported sell-out forecast.

Delivery and collection

Currys’ current delivery and collection information lists standard small-item delivery in three to five working days, excluding bank holidays. Check the dates and charges offered for your item and address; that published service description is not a verified Boxing Day arrival date. Information checked 22 September 2026.

For collection, check stock at the selected branch and wait for the ready-to-collect confirmation before travelling. Confirm branch opening hours separately. An order acknowledgement alone does not establish that your laptop is ready.

Finance: check the actual agreement

The current Currys finance conditions describe promotional credit for selected products and periods, subject to status and conditions. They do not confirm a future Boxing Day offer for your laptop. Compare the cash price with the total amount payable and check required repayments, interest and charges. Information checked 22 September 2026.

Do not assume that every sale item qualifies, that a particular spend guarantees eligibility, or that another retailer’s credit will be easier to obtain. Missed-payment charges and other conditions may apply; read the agreement before choosing a payment option.

Price-match eligibility and Care & Repair

The Currys price-promise conditions allow eligible matches before purchase or up to seven days afterwards. The product and terms must match, with stock ready for delivery at both sellers. Delivery and installation charges are excluded, as are marketplace sellers and specified restricted prices. Check all conditions before relying on a refund. Policy checked 22 September 2026.

The Care & Repair terms dated 28 July 2026 exclude accidental damage. Compare the plan cost and services with your existing cover before deciding whether to add it. Terms checked 22 September 2026.

Compare the same laptop elsewhere

Check the same specification and condition at John Lewis, Amazon, Argos and Very. This is a comparison list, not evidence that one seller is permanently cheaper or has broader stock.

For each listing, confirm the actual seller, full delivered cost, included guarantee and available delivery or collection date. Read the precise product’s cover rather than assuming a retailer’s general guarantee applies identically to every laptop. Compare paid protection and finance separately from the hardware price.

Use the laptop deals page to organise the wider comparison and the shopping checklist before paying. The Currys TV page covers televisions separately; its product advice does not determine which laptop to buy.

Frequently asked questions

Does the Lenovo example include a charger and a full Office licence?

The 83US001CUK example has no supplied power adapter and includes an Office trial. Add a compatible charger and any paid software you need to the total. Recheck the exact listing because packages can differ.

Does Currys offer 0% finance on Boxing Day laptop purchases?

Currys advertises interest-free options for selected products during promotional periods, subject to status and conditions. No specific Boxing Day laptop finance offer is verified here. Check the agreement, repayment requirements and total amount payable before choosing credit.

How does Currys' Boxing Day laptop range compare with Amazon and John Lewis?

Compare the same configuration, condition, delivered price and included cover at each retailer. No permanent price or stock winner is established here. Check the actual seller and available fulfilment options rather than relying on a general retailer ranking.

Are Care & Repair plans worth adding to a Boxing Day laptop at Currys?

The current Care & Repair terms exclude accidental damage. Compare the plan cost and services with your existing cover; do not treat it as protection against accidentally damaging a laptop.
