Lush Boxing Day Sale 2026

Lush’s 2026 Boxing Day sale details remain unverified in the UK sources checked on 3 October 2026. Its 2025 Freshness Sale had specific delivery and reward conditions, so check any new terms before ordering. See the beauty deals guide for wider options.

What the 2025 terms stated

The UK Freshness Sale 2025 terms set a 26 December 2025 start in shops, online and in the app. Lush chose the range and did not guarantee particular products. The 2026 launch hour remains unverified. The go-live times guide separates announced starts from observed ones.

Delivery and returns

In 2025, sale orders used standard delivery, excluding free, next-day and Click & Collect options. Lush’s ordinary delivery page lists a free-delivery tier for larger orders and warns that sale-period delivery can exceed its usual estimates. Check the options at checkout rather than assuming ordinary benefits apply.

The 2025 terms required online and app change-of-mind returns within 14 days of purchase, in original condition and with a receipt. The ordinary returns page offers exchanges for unsatisfactory products and puts return costs on the customer for dispatched change-of-mind orders. Perfumes and body sprays cannot use the Royal Mail returns link; Lush directs those customers to Customer Care.

Freshness

The 2025 terms distinguished Lush’s freshness policy from product best-before dates. Read the use-by information on the actual item. Lush’s fresh cosmetics page (updated 21 July 2026) says its Ultra Fresh range needs refrigeration and has a freshness window of up to 28 days. That applies to one range only.

Lush Club rewards

The 2025 terms allowed points earning and qualifying complimentary-product rewards, while excluding other promotions. The current Lush Club terms (updated May 2026) say rewards cannot combine with another promotion. The two differ, so confirm a reward’s conditions before relying on it. Joining needs an opt-in through the app, and each reward has its own terms and expiry.
