Cyber Monday is another point at which to compare a planned purchase before Christmas. Do not assume its price is lower than Friday’s, or that waiting until Monday brings a better offer. Keep the listing and complete cost so you can make a like-for-like comparison.

Use the Black Friday hub for the earlier date and the Boxing Day sales hub for the post-Christmas comparison. The event name does not choose between them for you.

When is Cyber Monday in 2026?

Cyber Monday is Monday 30 November 2026, according to Currys’ Cyber Monday page. Its Black Friday page lists Friday 27 November. The interval does not establish the start or finish of any particular product offer.

Nor is online-only a safe blanket description. Currys says its Cyber Monday offers are available online and in store. Check the channel and conditions at the retailer you choose; one retailer’s policy does not establish another’s.

Confirm any code, membership condition and closing time on the offer itself. A label such as Cyber Week is not a standardised timetable, and this guide has not verified an extension beyond Monday.

Product comparisons to prepare

These are checks for your shortlist, not claims that a category will reach its lowest price on Monday.

• Laptops. Record the full model and configuration, including memory and storage. Check the operating system and software requirements before comparing prices.
• Mobile phones. Separate SIM-free purchases from airtime contracts. Compare the complete commitment, storage and contract conditions.
• Gaming. Match console version and bundle contents. For digital purchases, check the platform, account region and licence conditions.
• Headphones. Match the generation, variant and condition. Confirm device compatibility and the relevant returns conditions.
• TVs. Compare the complete model number and size, not just a series name. Check the stand, inputs and features required for your room and equipment.
• Smart home. Confirm compatibility with your existing system and whether the functions you want require a subscription. Add any necessary hub or accessories to the total.

A different bundle or seller can explain a different price. Keep those changes visible in your comparison rather than treating every listing with a similar name as equivalent.

Retailer checks before browsing

• Very. Compare the exact product and total price for the offer you find. Very Pay conditions govern credit eligibility; a deferred payment is not an additional discount. Visit the Very sale.

Compare Monday’s offer with your earlier record

Check the current total against the same seller and product recorded on Black Friday, if you have that evidence. If the configuration, condition or services differ, identify those differences before deciding which is better.

CAP’s savings guidance explains why reference prices need evidence. A search result or short tracker history does not establish every past transaction or prove an annual low. Keep the source and observation date for any historical comparison.

Confirm the delivery date for your address and the returns conditions. GOV.UK explains that sale goods have the same statutory refund rights; store policies can add separate change-of-mind terms.

Should you wait until after Christmas?

A purchase needed before Christmas cannot wait for Boxing Day. For a flexible purchase, another comparison in the January sales is an option, with future prices and availability still unknown.
